How we use SEO check and enquiry data

Website checks
We read the public URL you submit and use Cloudflare, Google PageSpeed and AI services to produce a report. We process the URL, check evidence and the IP address needed to verify and limit requests. The tool does not sign in to or modify your website.
Report links
Reports are kept for eight weeks. Anyone with the report link can read it; once its action plan is unlocked, the same link shows the full content. Please use public URLs without sensitive information or private access credentials. Visitor reports are not included in our search-engine sitemap.
Email and follow-up
The email you provide is used to send your report. Unlocking a report does not subscribe you to a newsletter. Contact details and the report are sent to the Knock team for follow-up only when you opt in or submit an enquiry directly.
